One of the characters is a woman who is rather masculine in appearance (as in, a male bodybuilder), except for her generous breasts and her genitals. Ive heard of the Gattsu.Its a hentai game,but ive never heard of..or seen a muscular woman in a hentai anime at all. :P

It seems that Kitty Media has licensed The Guts!, and is releasing it as Women At Work (http://www.animenation.com/kvdvd-0707.html).

Maybe this helps.ISBNs usually do. ^_^ I found the book on Amazon.co.jp, but without a cover image; Google was more helpful.

That's odd—one of the links from Google lead to d.hatena.ne.jp, which in turn lead eventually to ISBN 4583613989, which also seems to be on-topic—except that the subject of book is real people.

Google gave me a couple of hits, but I could not find any pictures and like I said before my Japanese sucks.
