That angel blade one was messed up. I won't get too detailed, but to give the scene a hint, it wasn't water, it wasn't hand pumped into her with a device, and it was done by a lady. Never thought I'd see anything like that.

We never even find out what happened to that girl. I guess she's still hanging up on the ceiling somewhere.
