back order update

Was wondering, was I supposed to get 9 notifications of the same back order on 11/5? Something wrong with my account or is this just a glitch and everyone with back orders are getting spammed by updates?

I've been getting a same back order notification e-mail over and over and it's getting real annoying. I got about 15 of them and it's still coming. I asked them to stop sending duplicate e-mail but haven't gotten a response yet.
