I think we're going to need more info. I can guess that your OS is XP, but what application did you use to create a virtual drive?

From the perspective of your OS, a virtual drive should look like any other storage device. My only question is why you're looking for one. it should be prety hard to HAVE one without intentionally creating it.
Are you maybe looking at a file that's a disk image, or something like that?

Gah. I really need to wait to make threads. I was installing Neverwinter Nights 2, and it errored in the installation. And said my CD Key was now invalid the second time running it. Some GFaqers told me to delete a irtual drive. :\

OH! Does it use StarForce copy protection? If so, then any virtual drives that you do have will interfere with StarForce. The reason being because StarForce is intrinsically broken.
Applications you might be using that might have created a virtual drive include: Alcohol 120%, Daemon Tools, Nero Burning ROM, and CloneCD. The fact of it is that if you don't know you have one, you probably don't have one, and the problem with NWN2 is something else.
StarForce is the worst thing to happen to PC gaming in years.
EDIT: It seems that my gut reaction was wrong. NWN2 uses SecuROM copy protection instead. Most of what was written above still applies, although SecuROM isn't quite so diabolical. I'm not sure that Virtual Drives would interfere with SecuROM, so...

Unless if you intentionally made one, there won't be one. virtual drives are made in programs like Daemon Tools to mount an image of a CD, lots of times to install pirated games. And I wouldn't really rely on GameFaqs for PC help.
