i have just watched Discode and Parade Parade which are futanari (****girl)themed hentai, and it got me thinking about all the other hentai`s out there with futanari elements within their storyline like La blue girl and daikuji

Are these girls meant to have both sex organs or can the make their clitoris the same size as a penis.And are they some way the same as ladyboys or transvestites.
Another thing the action is between 2 female characters and i havent seen a hentai where a male character is involved apart from family of debauchery where the boy is meant to be a transvestite

That's up to the movie/author; futanari are, strictly speaking, a person with both sexual organs. Some authors portray women with an enlarged clitoris, as a way to represent a female with a phallus without the "inconvenience" of having an actual penis on screen. Others are, like you said, ladyboys, transvetites or transexuals (usually males with breasts and some slight female characteristics.)

I thought the only Futanari in Cool Devices was in Operations 8 and 9, Slave Warrior Maya (I and II), which if it isn't the same as the ones you're saying is also some sort of Science based procedure.

Just checked, aren't Seek I & II (Operations 5 and 6) about S&M/Bondage training? I don't recall any Futanari in it.
