The outcome of this battle is impossible to determine, since we don't even know the full capabilities of most of these characters. For the probable outcome, I'm going with either team 1 or team 3, mainly due to Yamamoto's and Aizen's known abilities.

Either team one or team three. Same as Lord Kuro's post. Yamamoto could take two captains at the same time and Aizen's ability is pretty powerful and can defeat capatin very easily without his soul slayer.
