From Wikipedia
Section 163.1 of the Canadian Criminal Code defines child pornography as "a visual representation, whether or not it was made by electronic or mechanical means", that "shows a person who is or is depicted as being under the age of eighteen years and is engaged in or is depicted as engaged in explicit sexual activity", or "the dominant characteristic of which is the depiction, for a sexual purpose, of a sexual organ or the anal region of a person under the age of eighteen years." The definitive Supreme Court of Canada decision, R. v. Sharpe, interprets the statute to include purely fictional material even when no real children were involved in its production. From paragraph 38 of the decision:
Interpreting "person" in accordance with Parliament's purpose of criminalizing possession of material that poses a reasoned risk of harm to children, it seems that it should include visual works of the imagination as well as depictions of actual people. Notwithstanding the fact that 'person' in the charging section and in s. 163.1(1)(b) refers to a flesh-and-blood person, I conclude that "person" in s. 163.1(1)(a) includes both actual and imaginary human beings.
—Supreme Court of Canada, R. v. Sharpe, Paragraph 38[9]
In October 2005, Canadian courts sentenced an Edmonton, Alberta man to one year of community service for importing manga depicting child sex, possibly the first manga-related child pornography case in Canada.[10] The man was on probation at the time for possession of child pornography that featured real children.
In April 2006, an American was sentenced to 30 days in jail for bringing child pornography to Canada. While he had possession of three videos and three images of real children, a criminal investigator cited the 13,000 "mostly cartoon" or "anime" images in his possession and the "prohibitive nature of these goods".[11]

So if lets say I wanted to move back to Canada, does that mean that I would have to get rid of my Bible Black DVD's?

So if lets say I wanted to move back to Canada, does that mean that I would have to get rid of my Bible Black DVD's?Either you'd have to leave Bible Black: Origins behind, or try to smuggle it past the border. (At least, according to the list.)
OTOH, one poster on Anime on DVD's Retail Forum stated that pornography is no long considered a prohibited good, that the Canada Border Services Agency no longer regulates it. I just E-mailed the address in the page linked above, so hopefully I will have a response soon.

I received this response from the CBSA:
Dear Sir,
Please be aware that goods which constitute obscenity, hate propaganda (including treasonous and seditious materials ) or child pornography continue to be prohibited entry into Canada by way of Customs Tariff item 9899.00.00.
For your information, please find attached, a link to Chapter 98 of the Customs Tariff along with a link to Departmental Memorandum D9-1-1, which outlines the Canada Border Services Agency's policy on the classification of obscenity.

how well do Canadians search people coming in through the boarders, could you just hide it in your coat or make a secret compartment in your car and that be good enough.

All that just for some hentai?
I do believe it is illegal to have secret compartments in your car in certain places.
From what I have heard, it really depends on the searcher. I have heard stories where a guy was held at the border for HOURS for an anime DVD.

That's pretty lame. I wouldn't think it would be that hard to smuggle Hentai over the border. And lets face it Canada's pretty liberal. I can buy weed and pick up hookers right when I pass the border into Canada, but I can't have Hentai on me WTF!
