Question about Urotsukidoji DVD's

I am interested in buying the Urotsukidoji series, and I am looking to buy the perfect collection dvd set, but when I read about the Hell on Earth saga, it says it contains the entire Urotsukidoji saga, so does this include everything from the perfect collection and more or are they 2 different collections?

Perfect Collection contains original Japanese OVAs 1-5. The Hell on Earth collection contains the combined (English dubbed only) movie versions of OVAs 1-3, 4 & 5, and the movie versions of Urotsukidoji series 3 and series 4.
