How do I make words links?

I know how to insert a URL in a post, but I've seen words as links themselves. How the heck do you do that??

If you use the little globe icon when you hit 'reply' (not 'post quick-reply' below) it will handle it for you. First it asks for the text to display, then the actual link.

Then look at your post before submitting to see what the actual code looks like for future reference.

Type this: {Url=http://the adress to the sight chosen}The name of the link goes here{/url}

Replace all {} with []
