This is refering to the anime of course.

1.On the last episode Al was apparently capable of moving all along.But he waited for his brother to die to do anything.Who was gonna stop Al anyway?Dante wouldn't harm her precious philsophers stone and as demonstrated all his weaknesess were gone.

2.When greed kidnaps Al he has an oppurtunity to get rid of the single most dangerous person to his freedom.

3.Al is so deluded that he actually helps sloth which in turn causes lusts death.Without lusts help envy kidnaps Al.

1.) True Al could have used the stone long before Ed had died BUT it would have eroded some more. Even when used by Tucker the his armor eroded. He was probably afraid if he had used it sooner that same thing might have happened. Since I'm assuming you saw the whole series then you should have seen what happened to his armor when he used it there at the end.
2.)As for Greed he couldn't have really done much then. They did not have the stone yet. Plus Al did not have any weaknesses for Greed like Dante had. Greed could have killed Al but he didn't he needed Al for his own needs.
3.)About Al helping Sloth. I can't really get into much of that since I thought that was a little wacked. I don't believe tho that Al helping Sloth resulted in Lust's death. Lust went after Wrath that was a completely seperate battle.

I was very surprised to find out indications that Ed and Rose were in love, only to see the anime end a few episodes later without developing the love plot.
It was like the studio spontaneously decided to end the anime leaving much of the plot undeveloped, as they had not planned ahead.

Well Rose may have loved Ed but near the end most of that came from Dante's influence I think. As for Ed loving Rose it could have been possible, but I think he is more love with Winry even though they never took that and ran with it.

I agree. Winry seemed so excited when Ed returned back in the movie! I think that Roy and Riza should have been a couple too. There was so muh showing that it seemed that she was always looking out or worrying about him!
