The website for your local college or university's department of Film & Media Studies. I don't think it's the sort of thing you can expect to learn from a website.

Get the Clerks 10th anniversary set then watch the documentary and all of the extras. Gives some interesting insight as to how Clerks came into being. Got 18 credit cards and maxed them all out on cash advances. You've gotta have balls to that.
If you're still interested after that, there is probably a film course offered in your area.
