new season of south park

has anyone seen the new episode yet. i saw it just a second ago and even if it wasnt all that funny it still spoke the truth about online gaming (even though i play mmo's and am far from fat) what did you guys think of it

South Park hasn't been funny since the season 2-3 imo. But the World of Warcraft theme was nice (seeing as I'm a WoW player). I thought the hardcore WoW player stereotype character was funny.

I doubt I'll see that episode soon. Takes forever for SP episodes to be dubbed to spanish. And since the only channel right now that shows the show is MTV (which I rarely watch), I doubt I'll be able to see it.

I too think southpark is funnier now than it was way back when, and it was hilarious then too. And I've been watching for about 8-9 years. I really want to see this new episode...but dont have comedy central ; ;

i saw the episode and i thought it was pretty damn funny. there could have been more jokes, i thought it lost its steam half way through. then again, i dont watch south park so i dont really know how it compares to other episodes. the only reason i watched is cause i heard about the wow thing and i thought itd be funny.

Blizzard made this with Matt and Trey, thats why it disses the people playing the game and not the actual game itself. Could've been so much better if it was based on Zone of Warmaking or some other ripoff name.

Hrm, I haven't seen all that many episodes of the newer season of SP (the last season I saw most episodes from was the season from 2001). However, my favorite episode is and may always be the one where Cartman buys a themepark. Hahaha, hilarious episode.

The show is actually very funny in spanish. The voices are incoherent and they have this Spanish accent to them. Very good dub. I think it's one of the few shows I really miss from losing the Locomotion channel really (that isn't anime of course).

Ah Southpark....'s been corrupting me since 2001.
I sometimes miss some of the old voices(such as Mary Kay :(...and the sheer stupidity of how Cartman's voice used to be acted) and the sweet simple silliness/crudeness of the first three seasons, and to some extent the movie, but I love how the show has adapted anyway and remained funny to this day. Not Family Guy funny, it's humor's rather different.
This season looks promising thanks to last night's episode. XD

If by new season you mean season 10, then out of the 5 episodes i've seen, i've enjoyed 1 so far. The rest have been bollocks and nothing like what SP used to be.

IMO the original seasons of south park were just fart jokes and kids swearing but now the focus on current events while keeping the diaria jokes and kids killing other kids parents turning them into chilli and making them eat it, along just fine. like the cartoon wars episode that dealt with the muhamad drawings and freedom of speach all while making fun of family guy and simpsons

At one point in the season premiere, Cartman has to go to the bathroom (diarrhea,) in the midst of their epic battle on WoW, and so calls his mom on an intercom saying only "BATHROOM!" Shortly thereafter, she comes down with a bedpan, at which point he pulls down his pants and sprays an inhumanly large amount of feces all over her, while still playing the game.

I don't think the episode was trying to say that everyone who play's WOW is fat and has acne, but rather to be that freakin powerful in the game requires one to sacrifice some physical attributes. The only way to get that strong is to do nothing but sit on your a**, drink Rockstar, eat chips, and crap in a bed pan. Of course Cartman beautifully demonstated that for us now didn't he. Could somebody post a GIF of that please?
