Oh my goodness....I swear to you God must be testing my perserverance...I've had two ishy stuff happen to me in ONE DAY! AND ONE INVOLVES A RINGTONE SERVICE I NEVER SIGNED UP FOR!!!


So I'm sitting here (ironically, I was looking at a ringtone ad when this happened), and I got a text. It's from some company named DADAmobile. I read it, and it says I'm subscribed to a service that makes me pay $9.99 a month for ringtones. I'm trying to think back, and remember "when did I every sign up for anything like this?" SO...naturally, not wanting to get layed out by my pops, I look up this company, and found something. It's A CROOKED COMPANY!!??! I read some articles on a site that says that this service texts you, and you "sign" a contract by some means. I swear to you, this company is crooked. They sign you up (they offer other users $6 for getting someone signed up) and you get charged $9.99 monthly for downloads. So I called a representative, and they say my number isn't on their list. If I get a $9.99 bill, should I sue? If it's allowed legally, I SWEAR TO YOU I WILL TRY MY HARDEST TO SUE!!!
