Fukui Gundam

Saw this on Gunota and didn't really get it:

Details of the long rumored Gundam series by Harutoshi Fukui, author of Lorelei and Aimless Aegis novels, will start to appear in the next issue of Gundam Ace. It will likely have info on character designer, mecha designer, main character, and Gundam setting. The story is set to debut this winter on Gundam Ace.

Does this mean a series of stories or manga that will be published in Gundam Ace, or does it mean Gundam Ace will have information on an anime series headed by Fukui? I'm lost.

Both; the next issue will have the preliminary information while a later issue this year will actually begin the manga.

I buy a copy at the store when it comes out, but I DID assume it means anime since it talks of all of these different designers(which one would assume goes in the line of an anime production).
But the last line does strike me as being manga, so now I'm more inclined to go with manga, since that publication has various Gundam stories ended and new ones being serialized, with the few regulars; Gundam: the Origin, some Zeta retelling with a different <bad> art style, Ecole Du Ceil, Gundam Seed Destiny, Gundam Seed Destiny, Destiny Astray, Char's deleated Affair, and the only non-Gundam themed serialization,Wings of Rean.
