Meanwhile, in news that actually effects my life, it's a crisp 75 degrees outside and sunny with clear skies.

in your town maybe.... *looks out window,* yep the space aliens have taken over downtown Manchester, right on schedule.

Just challenge the aliens to a game of football and have them play against ManU; they're supposed to be pretty good, right?

I'd rather challenge them to tag, Lum's electrical attacks notwithstanding.

LMAO!!!
Everyone hate's TO. haha, can't say I love him too, but yeah, just current news.
I have to check out liquid swords too. I hear it's bomb. But I personally don't think its the greatest hip hop EVER. It might be up there sure, but there are PLENTY of albums that have made a bigger mark in hip hop than this. How do I know without having even heard it yet? Because it isn't discussed so much as say, Illmatic, or Better Dayz.

Is it that bad you're resorting to grabbing women on the head and calling it "tag"? My my, aren't we a student of Moroboshi (or, are you turning into Happousai at a young age)?
I would like to express my extreme indifference to Mr. Owens.

I don't know, I give him credit. I mean, he's a showcasing one man team, thinks-hes-the-greatest bastard...but he does have some skill.

Of course the man has skill. Whoever says he doesn't really needs to.....re-educate themselves.

Publicity stunt or actual attempt?Probably a little bit of both, the guy does have some issues.
Now all claims are denied despite police reports, you can already figure this much out already casue of his image and how it would reflect the Cowboys.
The details of this case are very sketchy on both sides, you can basically believe what you want really -_-;

We all have to have goals in life... :)
Regarding Owens, I had to look up who T.O. was when I first saw the thread. My opinion: Gosh, I sure can see why he'd be depressed. I mean, who WOULDN'T be depressed if they had people offering them millions of dollars to play a game for a living.
If he washes out because of psychological problems, then he certainly won't be the first talented athlete to do so. Life goes on.

He's one of the most hated NFL players I think in forever actually. I feel sorry for him, don't like him much, but still feel for him. But yeah, I don't think he should be trying to kill himself. Some people are calling it a publicity stunt.

I'm in the 57%.
My dad's a huge Dallas fan. I dunno if he knows it, yet. But he's already pissed at my sister. I'm not feeding the flames.

@Alice: You should probably let him find out on his own. Maybe leave the article open, and let him stroll by or something, lol.
@Koala: I know the feeling. That's what we felt like when we got Rice, but we started liking him. lol

I'm not going to lie though, I love this dude and his antics long before he dawned our prestigous jersey.
But in all seriousness if any of what was reported denied or not did happen, it will show in his on field performance. Best believe Dallas will nip it in the bud quickly.

I don't mean to sound nasty but I think it was a publicity stunt. And anyway, he's gone on tv and denied that it was a suicide stunt.

I think it was a little of both. I mean this is Terrell Owens. Whenever you hear about him, it really is either something good which is rarely or bad which is the majority of what he gets in return. I think T.O isn't that stupid to kill himself. He knows he has the potential to be a great player but it's his little actions that cause to big trouble. I love T.O. , he's one my inspirations and one of the reasons why I'm in school for Animation. It's not his actions outside the field it's what he does on the field. If he had died today it would of been not only a lost to the NFL but a lost in my life. All of his fans inlcuding myself can do is just pray of him and hope he does seek some help.

Terrible news to hear, I really feel bad for him. Guy has alot of issues, he had a bad childhood. Who knows what goes through his head, fame and riches isn't everything. He reminds me of Mike Tyson. Hope he gets better.

^Yeah O.K.
He went through his prescription in a matter of days, from what I gather taking five at a time. Thats gotta be one monster headache. I have known people to take larger amounts of painkillers than him on a daily basis but thats still not normal.
He reminds me of Mike Tyson.Yeah, although this situation has kinda reminded of me Rodman. Lets be thankful that T.O. didn't go that route instead, at least you can get your stomach pumped with painkillers.
