How does Japan rate its TV shows(anime inclued)?

Japan branch of Nielsen doesn't it any longer.
Only Video Research Ltd. (http://www.videor.co.jp/) does.

What are the highest rated shows? My work text reader can't read kanji so I'm stuck with boxes and ? marks. Dunno if ratings are listed on that site anyway.
