Ok i recently got the ps2 game naruto narutoment hero 3 and in it choji does a transformation where he becomes smaller, has what seems to be butterfly wings and becomes a great deal faster. How does he do this?

Akimichi clan's special Sanshoku no Ganyaku or 3 color pills. The red pill alone is said to be fatal to the consumer; Choji consumed all three. After consuming the red pill, Choji's physical appearance changes dramtically from the rapid conversion of fat into chakra. He also sprouts a pair of butterfly-shaped wings made of pure chakra. i put a spoiler tag on it bc it relates to the anime.

You don't have to wait. Naruto episode 114 has Choji turn into butterfly mode. There are many place where it is available subbed.
