I'm really interested in finding the name of the music played in that scene, does anybody have anyclue as to the name of the piano music, played during Kimimaro's Flashbacks when hes stuck under the sand.

I don't think that piano song is on any of the 3 TV OSTs available so far; I don't recall hearing that one. Maybe it'll turn up on a 4th OST.

It also appears when Chouji is fighting one of the Sound Five ninja's, when the sound ninja is saying theres allways one useless one in the group, and that it's chouji.
And chouji has the flashback of everyone not having faith in him except shikamaru.

I think it is either saddness and sorrow or grief and sorrow

Both of those are on Gendou.

While "Sadness & Sorrow" and "Grief & Sorrow" are both sad songs, neither one is the song in question (during Kimimaro's or Chouji's flashback scenes). There's nothing worse than people who don't research their answers (or should I say guesses... yeah, I'm talking about you final flash).

Sonryu, ignore the comment I just quoted.
^Listen Man, that's what flamebait is. The truth is, the guy didn't want Grief and Sorrow or Sadness and sorrow. So don't waste his time making him go download to of the wrong songs, if you don't know, then don't answer. You totally didn't have to insult him anyways; "arsehole"? WHat was the point? Reread you post. What was the point of the insult?
Edit: Sonryu, I must admit, your post seemed a little... agitating also. I mean reading, I can see how it pissed final flash off. (I mean, comon', final flash,Vegeta= Hotheaded? Duh?) It did seem kinda' mean spirited.

Sometimes, in long anime series that use and reuse LOTS of songs, a few don't get put into OSTs. Maybe this is the case.... or perhaps it's just not out yet. If I remember correctly, there were a few songs that played during the third-level chuunin exam that weren't ever released.

The problem is that I see too many threads where people jump in with an answer without either reading the whole question or even trying to research their answer to see if they are correct. I like to answer based on fact. I think the person asking the question would appreciate that most. Another problem I see is that the person who asked the question, who is often a new member (may have just joined to ask the question), always believes the first answer they get, wrong or not. Once they get an answer, they disappear, and don't seem to come back when the correct answer is posted. I already answered this thread, then final flash jumps in with a wrong answer, which means he didn't fully read the question or any of the following posts, he just focused on "sad piano music". I was agitated when I read his answer, so that's how my post came out. It's nice that you wanted to "help the guy" final flash, but you don't do it by giving wrong answers.

is the piano music in question the evil church like piano music? or the piano music when he is about to die, just before he attempts his last attack by coming through his bone?

It starts playing just after he says "Orichimaru-sama, I'm sorry, Orichimaru-Sama".
And it proceeds to a set of flash back's.
Side note: As it goes through the series, it get's played nearly as much as
"Sadness And Sorrow"
Episodes 154 and 155 and 190.
154: Where they are sealing ranmaru in a cabin, after when naruto says "But what should we do with him" near the end of the episode
155: Where naruto and the gang go back for ranmaru, and ranmaru tells his story of how he was a frail boy with powers, and how Raiga came to his rescue.
190: When naruto finds Princess Haruna, she explains her reasoning for why she doesn't care who is sacraficed as long as she survives, to revive her "Nano Country".
So hopefully you guys realize which song im talkin about.
