So you can't send them a PM if THEY already have 100 messages. They have to delete their messages.

Just wait a little longer until this gets moved to the designated area, and then your problem will hopefully be resolved.

If the recepient has more than 100 PM's then they'll be unable to recieve more till they delete some. It doesn't matter how many the sender has.
