I literally just finished Zeta and I have a few questions.
1) What was the deal with the Zeta lighting up at the end.
2) Did Camille go crazy at the end and why did Fa say "I see, you want to go back to the Argama to".
3) Do any of the other gundam series conclude the Zeta story. It seemed they let Haman Khan live for a reason.

The biosensor was responding to Camille's Newtype powers. That's just my interpretation though. Basically, the biosensor seems to work by allowing Newtype pilots to control their mobile suit partly by the use of their mind, which allows them to draw on their hyper-enhanced reactions. Amuro and Camille esentially have negative reaction time, at their best. The biosensor seems to improve in effectiveness proportional to the emotional intensity of the pilot.
2) Did Camille go crazy at the end and why did Fa say "I see, you want to go back to the Argama to".Crazy? After Scirocco crushed his mind, he pretty much reverted to a primal/childlike state. No higher reasoning functions. Honestly I wouldn't want to speculate regarding what Fa said.

Char's Counterattack is the next major installment. There's also "Double Zeta Gundam" (AKA ZZ Gundam) which continues from where Zeta left off, but it's a mixed bag. The story goes from good to poor, and covers all points in between. The actual ZZ Gundam itself is a rampaging beast, though.

That's more a matter of canon common knowledge, it's not really open to interpretation.
But Char's Counterattack doesn't really have an immediate direct connection to Zeta like ZZ does.

It is? Ahh well. I don't recall it being fully explained, so I thought I'd tag on a disclaimer. I've since expanded my post, would you feel confident in agreeing with the rest of that portion?
But Char's Counterattack doesn't really have an immediate direct connection to Zeta like ZZ does.I'd be forced to agree, but it does effectively continue the story of Char, not to mention the ongoing Earthnoid/Spacenoid dichotomy.

I thought she was talking to 'Emma", facing the Gundam MK II. The Argama does recover it afterall.

Haman is the main villian in Double Zeta Gundam. The Neo Zeon wern't defeated & she told her forces to retreat if you remember. Makes sense for Tomino to keep her alive while the Neo Zeon survive, or else he'd have to create a new leader in Double Zeta.

Unless, of course, if you're going by the movie version of Zeta...

Yes, in the movie version, Haman's forces simply abandon the Earth Sphere, thus allowing the viewer to skip the unconventially silly "ZZ Gundam" and go straight to Char's Counterattack.

No, CCA is also retconned out of existence by the Zeta movies' ending. No Axis to drop on Earth, no first Neo Zeon War, etc.

Oh, really? Does the axis asteroid leave earth as well?
It somehow seems unbelievable that Tomino would want to remove CCA from the continuity..?

Well think of how Tomino was back then. Back in those day's he earned his nickname kill-em-all Tomino. He isn't the same man as he was back then. This can also be seen in the Gundam Evolve shorts, where Tomino wrote an alternate ending for CCA where Quess lives.
