So after seeing Gas prices soaring up as high as 3.19/gallon, it's finally starting to drop down this month. Right now the lowest near my house is around 2.68/gallon although I heard some places have it as low as 2.55/gallon.

So how much is it near your neck of the woods?

At the gas station about a minute from my house, it's still 3.48 a gallon. But if I travel two hours away, they got it for 2.55 a gallon.

It's about 2.55 here as well. But since I now live in the heart of the city, I can basically walk to get to the mall and places like that. So, I save on gas. ^_^

I think it's around 2.35 to 2.40. I still kinda laugh at people thinking that these gas prices are high. Go to Europe, then complain about our prices. :P

2.53 at Wal-Mart.

I think it's around 2.99 for cheap stuff and 3.18 for premium, I always buy premium since my car runs best on it, I personally wouldn't care if gas was 5 bucks a gallon since I love to drive and buying gas is just part of the deal.

3.30-something here. I thank god i don't have to drive, though my gas bill is still ugly <_<

I think the gas over here is still around 2.40 ish. Gas prices in Mexico City have been pretty much the same for the past 4-5 years. I don'tr drive my parents car though. I generally travel by bus and subway so I don't have to buy gas.

Yikes, it's at least twice as expensive than here! And to think just a few years back mexicans crossed the border to the US to buy cheaper gas. Heh.

They're still crossing. Damn them and their tunnels.

Hahaha, funny responses. Though I was thinking about mexicans who crossed the border legally; generally people that live in border cities like Tijuana (though I doubt it would be worth crossing the border to California for "cheaper" gas prices).

Yeah, California sucks.

Texas ftw.

Lmao, you're city is sinking.

You mean Mexico City? Well the answer is: yes and no. While everything downtown is slowly sinking, the angel of independance statue is strangely going upwards.

give it time, prices will shoot straight back up again -_-; anything over 2 dollars is too high anyhow, hell, i remember when gas was 75 cents a gallon. this **** is ridiculous.

just out luck I guess. Go figure that a majority of the worlds oil is controled by unstable regimes.

Most places around here where I live are close to $3 per gallon. Except the gas station right here in my town is over $3. They are charging about $3.35 per gallon there and that's just the cheap gas. :(
