My bro says Junk Boy is pretty much like Golden Boy (I've seen neither).

I couldn't really think of one like Golden Boy but I'm gonna reccomend a classic, Lupin III. He is crazy for women, especially Fujiko. You can go with the movies or TV series, I prefer the TV series myself but if old 70's animation is a turn off for you then go with the more recent movies.
