The first few volumes are fantastic, I love the way Seishirou pursues Subaru and the way Hokuto tries to push them together. I love the backup story in volume 2 starring Hokuto. I love the way Tokyo the city is presented. But man, the way CLAMP chose to end this series has put me off of them for good... It completely disgusted me.

My favourite favourites are Lawful Drug and xxxHolic... I tend to stay away from the less popular CLAMP titles so I'm sure anything I mention as "worst", really wouldn't be that bad compared to the ones I avoid, so I won't bother posting the ones I've disliked.

But you should. I made this thread to find out people opinions regarding CLAP titles. Don't feel like you are doing an injustice.

BTW, I totally agree with the guy who mention Tokyo Babylon. Fab characters, disgusting ending.

Worst: Chobits, most definately. While I've found myself rather displeased with all of their titles that I've read outside of Legal Drug (those only being Chobits, Tokyo Babylon, Angelic Layer, and a little bit of X, Card Captor Sakura, Clover, and xxxHolic), Chobits struck me as being particularly inane and irritating. I'm really not a CLAMP fan....

The only CLAMP manga I've ever read were Chobits and Miyuki-chan in Wonderland. I really liked both of them a lot equally and didn't find either of them bad. On the other hand, If I start considering what CLAMP has animated and not just their manga, I think Cardcaptor Sakura was the best and RG Veda was the worst. A lot of people seem to dislike Magic Knight Rayearth, I thought it was ok myself. X TV series was good too.

To put it in short...

Best: Cardcaptor Sakura, Chobits, Miyuki-chan in Wonderland
Average: Magic Knight Rayearth, X
Worst: RG Veda

BTW, Never read or seen any of the other CLAMP series!!

God, this is hard... out all the titles of CLAMP I have so far. I liked them all...Ugh...but I can tell you what's my least favorite:

Best: A tie between Legal Drug and Chobits:

I think alot of people dismiss Chobits because it is kinda fanservice-y and/or the anime blew it with a crappy ending. Sadly, I was one of those people until I decided to collect the rest when they were half-priced. I was so stupid and was shocked on how good it is. It's the third manga that made me cry (Naruto being the first, Full Moon-ga Sagashite by Arine Tanemura being the second). The ending swept me away...

Legal Drug was good with the supernatural mystery like Holic is doing now. Plus the characters are just great! OAO If CLAMP would make one more volume of this, I would die happy.


Worst: Clamp Campus Defenders Duklyon: I would say Duklyon is the worst because, even though I enjoyed it, it didn't really left an impression on me like the other CLAMP manga has.

I liked the insanity in Clamp Campus Defenders Duklyon. It was just enough "power ranger", enough humor, and enough fanservice. If it would have gone on more than the two volumes, I could see it getting too crazy.

Favorites: Legal Drug, Tsubasa, xxxholic, X/1999, Tokyo Babylon (the first manga that made me cry and want more)

Least favorites: RG Veda (the plot twists at the end were fun, but I disliked all the killing of major characters), Clamp School Paranormal Investigators (the novels went everywhere [I wanted to see Subaru!!!])

Hm...I've read several CLAMP titles so...of what I've read:
If I had to pick a best: Magic Knight Rayearth (whole thing 1-6) because it was the very first manga I ever read.
If I had to pick a worst: Clover I guess...I only read one volume but it confused the heck out of me.
