I dont know for sure but the song might be "Private Emotion" by Lapis Lazuli. According to AnimeNewsNetwork's shootfighter tekken (http://www.animenewsnetwork.com/encyclopedia/anime.php?id=3969) page, that's the only song listed. I did a Youtube search for the song but couldnt find it. I did find this song tho Lapis Lazuli - Never Die (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z6k2tDan2sM) which sounds like the same artist.

I've not seen the anime, and I'm not familiar with Lapis Lazuli, but since that's just the US trailer, I would imagine that it IS the OP song, as that's what they typically use.

I don't know the song either, but I'd agree it's probably the song listed, and sounds like Kitadani Hiroshi (http://www.animenewsnetwork.com/encyclopedia/people.php?id=15748), the lead singer of Lapis Lazuli (and singer of lots of other anime songs, and current member of JAM Project if you want to find more of him on youtube etc)
