what part of cali are you in hun? and have you tried going to Little Tokyo?? I'm sure they have those there.

And in this Japanese Culture Forum, there are sites that you can go to, to look for stuff like that. I dont really know what sites there are..just look at the threads, and maybe you can find something.

Or, just wait until someone else posts something in your thread.

Sorry I wasnt much help. I probably confussed you more than you already were.

I'm like that..I confuse people...alot.

If you live in L.A. and/or O.C. (or Ventura, I.E., etc), there isn't a really good Takoyaki/Okonomiyaki place. A lot of them are crappy, it's best if you make it yourself...they arent that expensive, the machine is pretty cheap, and it will be better than resteraunts.

It's more complicated than that.

Every war has its attrocities committed by both sides. Some sides comit more than others, but it gets messy when people are killing each other for national interests.

Celebrations exist, such as Memorial Day in the USA, that honor those that died in service for the country. Most of the guys were good, but of course not all of them. People don't have the time to worry about this distinction. I assume that this is the same for Japan.

does this have anything at all to do with any of the content in this thread?

Umm, war atrocities on takoyaki? Haha. I was just wondering if it would still be good after travelling?

I've never heard of anyone buying Takoyaki online, but I do have one idea for you. Since it's Cali, I'm betting there has to be an "Asian mall" somewhere. I'm in lonely BC, Canada and we even have a couple. I would go down there and ask around, someone just might carry it, if noone does, sorry man no idea.
