Majority of the Japanese men are into young-looking, cute, anime-like girl as a general, but like any perosn in the world, everyone has their own taste so you can't say a definate. Some goes for looks, some goes for how dirty they are, it really varies.

I'll tell you that Japan is one of the highest percentage rate with cheating, men or women. The funny thing is the divorce rate is much lower than America (Japanese still have this thing, especially women, that divoce = looked down upon own...and they are)

Anyways, personally although looks are important to a degree, I rather have personality and brains (by that I don't mean genious, just someone who knows how to use it correctly....), as for nationality and stuff, I don't have a preference, age either.

Well--that depends I guess.

If you are 5' (or less) and thin (like...um....less than 100lbs--and can fit into really REALLY small clothing sizes), then no--I'd say you'd be more or less a reasonable size (in Japan). But if you are 5'7", 169 lbs and have larger assets (top and bottom heavy)...yeah, I think that you would be considered 'huge' compared to the little petite, 4-foot-something Japanese women with 21 inch waists and tiny chests.

Not only would you stand out for looking completely different than them, you'd also TOWER over the crowd--so people will notice you. In Japan that is.

Here, in America, you'd be considered 'normal'; you shouldn't worry too much about your size ^_^. Just don't go to Japan and expect to stay under the radar. People will notice you--if just for looking different from the rest of the population. Don't let it bother you.

It's quite a shame, since I have always thought that Asian men were attactive, even as a little girl (my first crush when I was 7 was on an Asian boy in my school, however the crush was based soley on looks).
I practically have no chance of getting one (I seriously wanted to give it a go since I really do like their looks). I'm built like a damn draft horse.

Off subject, but it's always been funny (to me) how having a positive impression on a kind of person when you're young (if he/she is Asian, Black, husky, thin, short, tall, whatever) will make you attracted to the same type of person when you get older.

For example, when I was in the 3rd grade, I had a friend who was a Korean Air-Force brat. I'd always get along with his sister too, so that might explain why I'd be more attracted to a Korean person instead of a white person in terms of looks.

You took #3 in a completely opposite way, then I intended it to be. It was meant as a little consolation thought just in case #2 doesn't happen.
I've got no idea about the average height in Japan and US, since I am not living in either of them (I am also a proponent of a metric system -_-; ).
But honestly, whats the value of the relationship based solely on looks? And if it isn't, then almost every issue can be worked out.

Hmm..I've never really thought about how height would be an issue, when it came to relationships between men and women.

Me, being a japanese woman and only 4'8, I just knock the crap out of anyone who is taller than me that would be dumb enough to piss me off.

With that said though, I find taller people fasinating. Is the air better up at their height? Can they see more from way up there? Do the birds mistake them for tall statues?
And would they get mad if I asked them to pick me up so that I can get the top item on a shelf at the grocery store?

I love exercising so much, I even exercise when I'm sick ^_^ which is probably not good but yeah. I exercise for an hour 5 days a week doing things that vari from cardio, to muscule toning, to boot camp training, and whatever else makes me happy at the moment.

The trick with the exercising though is, you have to mix it up day by day. For example do cardio on monday, muscule toning on tuesday, high low(impact) on Wensday, maybe pallaties or yoga on thurday and a nice hour of boot camp on friday ^_^ For the weekend you rest your muscules from working all week and on that monday you go back to doing that again.

Like I said mixing it up is the key because you'll get bored if your doing the same thing everyday. Then that with a combination of good eating like predecessor said and you should get down to a healthy weight in time. All in good time and good luck ^_~
