My thoughts:

Naruto x Hinata: I think he likes her as an aquaintance or friend, but not romantically YET. I think once he realizes how much she cares for him, he may start to see her in a different light, and maybe eventually fall for her.

Sasuke x Sakura: No, I dont think he likes her back. He may have tried to make her a friend in their training, but he has commited his life to revenge at this point, and therefore has no room in his life for romantic involvement with anyone. More than anything, his freindship with Naruto was able to crack his hard shell slightly, but even there, not completely.

Romance doesn't play a big part in Naruto, but Kishimoto has given you hints to who the couples are.

Naruto x Hinata. Hinata has an insane crush on Naruto. Naruto doesn't know because he is clueless.

Naruto x Sakura. Naruto has a crush on Sakura. Sakura doesn't think of Naruto that way, but this might be changing.

Sasuke x Sakura. Sakura claimed to love Sasuke and was even willing to leave with him. Sasuke can't love anyone right now and turned his back on her.

Shikamaru x Temari. Maybe the only couple that actually seems interested in each other at the same time and not some one sided crush.

Asuma x Kurenai. The fact that two 30 year olds have to be so coy about their relationship tells you how slow things move romantically in NarutoWorld.

But then before he knocked her out he said, "Sakura, arigatou." So that leaves the door a little open in my opinion. Right now he is evil but if he returns he may look at her differently.

Neji x Tenten is up there for my favorite Naruto pairings. They seem to be together a lot and even so a few hints have been dropped that they might like each other.
This is just my opinion so please don't get mad at me anyone.

I think Ino just had a crush on Sasuke, where as Sakura has "but I love him" syndrome. I havent read any Naruto II, but I really hope Sakura gets over it so I can stop hating her.

Naruto x Hinata is my favorite pair, and I hope all the filler stuff with them will carry over into Naruto II. But I dont think anything will ever happen until Hinata can get close to Naruto w/o fainting :P

But filler doesn't count. Tenten was with Neji just as much as she was with Lee in this episode anyway.

In canon, Tenten could end up with either Lee or Neji. Lee seems over his Sakura crush and Tenten is always around Neji. We don't know yet and probably won't til the end of Part II if ever.

Granted but with ALL info available to me AT THIS TIME; this is how I call it.However there hasn't been much of Lee, Tenten or Neji in the manga so far so I accept that I could be proven wrong.

Naruto x Hinata seems like a logical couple.

Sakura x Sasuke wouldn't work out, Sakura would annoy Sasuke and he would either leave or kill himself.

If Sasuke liked Sakura in any sense, he wouldn't go "Sakura, thank you" and then hit her on the head. I don't know if it's me, or is it a Uchiha tradition to knock someone out to show your affections.

And it seems that Sasuke has the biggest reaction to Naruto...and Naruto is constantly talking about Sasuke (although not in the annoying way.) You don't block needles (from Haku) from someone you don't care about...like...Sakura.
