I just finished watching Plural Concentio and I wondered if anyone noticed a mistake in the editing.

Ayato and Ashahina clearly remember Mishima yet later they include the scene when Maya tells Haruka that his memory had been wiped.

Is that a mistake or am I just misinterpreting it?

Ayato met Reika after his memory was wiped.... I'm not sure I follow?

Hmm, this sounds like a mistake to me. Or maybe Maya meant something else? Haven't seen the movie a long time. I didn't really like it, I bought it because of the collector's box :D

In the movie both Ayato and Asahina clearly remember Haruka from three years ago but they still included the scene where Maya tells Haruka that she wiped his memory.

I believe there were a couple of other inconsistancies in the film but I can't remember them.

Reika was Haruka and Ayato's daughter wasn't she? And what scene are you talking about I don't follow either?

Reika in the series and Reika in the movie are radically different. In the movie Reika is the name of their granddaughter. In the series, Reika is the name that Ixtli uses while taking on the appearance of Haruka.

What we're talking about here is Haruka in the movie, and whether or not Ayato remembers her more in the movie than in the TV series.

I guess I have to re-watch this movie, because I don't remember the scene that Ark is referring to. Maybe it was just the degree of mindwiping which was different on this aspect? After all, Ayato does still remember Haruka in the TV series as well, if only through his painting and her last name.
