Did they release revival of evangelion on dvd?

You talking about that picture with older versions of Shinji, Asuka and a naked Rei? If so, that isn't real.

Or are you talking about the theatrical release of Death True^2 and re-release of EoE? If so, I believe Death True^2 was included in the japanese Renewal release, and EoE is more or less the same.

Im talking about the EOE and Death and Rebirth re released as one movie with extra scenes and stuff.

There's no "extra scenes and stuff", it's just Death True^2 plus EoE (no Rebirth since EoE makes that kind of redundant ;)).
Never released on DVD in the strictest sense, although for pratical purposes the Japanese Renewal boxset had it (it had Death True^2 (without rebirth) on one disc, EoE on another).
Note that the Death True^2 is pretty much the only version of Death available these days, it actually contains less NPC material then the original Death (which had virtually all of them), but more then Death True (which had nearly all the NPC scenes stripped out).

it isnt real...although everybody for 10 years rotted for a sequal.. no one know how exactly it could have continuation.. the picture is false by the way.
