Opinions Needed - "Finder Series"

Having the English scans of Viewfinder and hearing rumors that the -Official- translations are horrid. I've never really put into consideration buying the American release by Be Beautiful. Until now.

I'd like to ask anyone who has experience with Be Beautiful and their Manga releases, Are they really -that- bad?

I heard from someone else they are accurate. I read scanlations before I got the manga, and I didn't notice any huge differences when reading the book.

I haven't read it, but I have seen a few of Be Beautiful's titles reviewed over at AOD. I recall them being favorable, and no one complained about the translation. And if anyone is going to complain, it's going to be the folks over there. I'd recommend checking out the AOD manga section. You might find some information there.

I think the only thing that they did was change the age of one character in a side story because he was 15 (which I wish that they didn't do that because they made it into a "college" when he's obviously a high school student and I never heard of a college refer to a Academy unless it's a miltary school).
