I don't know any other Vis releases exept of Naruto, and now that Blaech has finally got it's release date on DVD, shuld I expect the same release structure like the one on the Naruto Uncut Box-set DVDs?
For example: no Textless songs (Ops & Eds), no Character profile and such...

Nope, the way it looks is it's going to be a standard bi-monthly release of about 4 or 5 episodes (ish?). Someone correct me if I have any details wrong, but this is what I'm aware of at the moment.

I'm very sure I heard it would be released bi-monthly of 4 episodes per volume but I don't remember where I read it.

is 'bi-monthly' once every two months, or twice every one month? i can never figure that out.

It can mean both, I think, but it usually means "once every two months" and always when discussing anime DVDs.

Wow, once every two months? I hate how some stuff is released so slow. It will take them years to get done with it.

Two months is the normal release rate for anime.
Except for Viz, as they prefer quarterly (once every three months) for their releases.

Release schedules can be a tricky thing. Bleach is airing on tv, so they have to keep a certain pace with that. Most consumers need a certain amount of time to get the money together for the release (think of who the target audience is in this case), and they're used to an 8 week schedule. Also, retailers tend to not like series pushed at them quickly. Volume 1 needs to sell before they want volume 2, etc. This was one of the reasons Geneon was spacing it's vol 1 to vol 2 so oddly. It made the retailers happier, and that's half the battle these days. Everyone's fighting for a shrinking amount of shelf space.
But with Bleach airing and the CN crowd not really knowing how long it is, I think initial sales will be very good, and over time, the release schedule could be bumped up. At least in the short term, Viz won't have to fight with BB to get them to stock it.
