Supergals Music Question

My friend has been looking for a song that was in this anime. I have tried helping her every way I could, but failed each and every way. I tried looking up the playlist and downloading songs, and could not find this song.

Anywho, here is what I have to work with.

1 - It is from the Meisho festival episode, which I believe is about episode 20-23, not too sure, sorry.
2 - The vocals is by a male
3 - The song played during the Aya/Rei moment in the radio room on that episode.
4 - She SAYS the singer says "Nai nai nai", Sore wa" and "something about a color of a banner that they raise". Not sure if she has these accurate or not though ^_^;.
5 - She also checked at anime lyrics, and the song was no there.

Anyone have any hints or clues to the singer and the song that was in this episode? Thanks alot in advance ^_^;.

Through a quick google search, I've found out that episode 22 has a school festival, if this is the festival of which you speak...can't help with the song, sorry. :(

Awesome, I figured this place would be great help, thanks Sonryu, Can always count on you. ^_^Well, unfortunately, on the 2 OSTs, there are only 2 songs with male vocals. One is a song by Hironobu Kageyama ("Street Musician's song"), but I think that one would have been used in the ep 5, where he was the seiyuu for a Street Musician. The other song is the "Animal Gundan's Theme", which doesn't sound like what is being asked about either. Since I don't own and haven't seen Super Gals at all, I haven't heard the song in question... any way to get me a clip or capture of it? (I tried youtube, but didn't find ep 22 which this song is probably from).

Yera, we went over Hironobu's thing. She thought it was him at first, but then we got iffy. She also tried looking on youtube, but never reported to me if she found it, so I doubt it =\. The titles themselves, i might be able to check on myself. Thanks for the help, it is greatly appreciated. If none turn to be it, I will see if she came to any clips.
