Bleach cosplay (spoilers?)

Ok, so i am plannign on doing a ichigo cosplay at this upcoming convention.





Now it is of Ichigo when he is in his Bankai form. I am just wonder....What kind of Jacket does he have, and where could i pick one up?
I know he has Hakama, and bandages around his torso.

Ok. To me it looks like a trench with modifications, and as I look through the Bleach Thread (http://forums.cosplay.com/showthread.php?t=45741), one person mentioned they are using a long coat pattern. I doubt you'd find a coat/trench like that or similar, so a pattern would be best.

For my current cosplay, Im modifying a trench pattern, Simplicity 4962. This one could work just as well, maybe better. There is a white coat (I guess) under the top one, so you should make one black/one white. Thats only a suggestion.

It looks liek the collar is stiff. Like a school uniform...that would be the toughest to do.

I am hoping my mom has a sewign machine still so she might be able to make it.

Bankai cosplayers? Im sure there is at least one at every convention. Just a matter if they are good are not.
