I was very apprehensive about starting Bleach because I heard there's a lot of filler, etc. BUT I am SO glad I watched it anyway because it's so great!!!!!
wow I love Bleach. I just finished the 41st episode and I am so excited. Sorry, just had to let that out.

You won't have to deal with filler until the mid-60s and the filler actually isn't bad. It's mediocre and not good compared to the manga-based story, but its pretty good for filler. After you see 20 or so episodes of the Naruto filler, this kind of stuff seems great.

ep.41, good luck catching up.. actually I bet you could catch 40 more episodes in one week, but that is something I would do -_-;

Your in for a treat if you like Bleach so far. I"d even recomend watching the filler. Ya, the first few eps of the filler suck hard, but oh well.

haha yeah, i am obsessed. I just keep on watching it and i can't stop. i'm averaging 6-10 episodes a night!

40 episodes? 3 days max, unless they are fillers(which most of them are).

and although this filler arc is awesome compared to naruto's...it took about 26 episodes into the arc till the show became something worth watching again.

wtf? I thought kenpachi was dead! What happened to that little pink-haired girl screaming on the rooftop? I thought he was dead for sure!

Yes another obsessed fan welcome.

I've watched 10 episodes in on day before to trying to catch up. I only had about 50 episodes to catch up to though when I started.

I watched all the way to episode 70 in less than a week when I was trying to catch up. The most I watched in a day was 15 episodes.

once i got to episode 66, i found it too painful to continue. i hope i can force myself to watch the fillers in hope of some valuable character development or something...

The filler gets better around episode 70-72, but its still mediocre at best. It's infinitely better than the Naruto filler though.

I'm starting to read the manga from where the Soul Society arc ends.

I didn't know it was a filler until a few days ago, lol.

Forty? I went 1 to 94 in six days. Sleep is optional.

The filler gets better after the introduction bit, with the three "Gamers". Rirrin's giggle made me feel like I was getting a tooth drilled.

Currently working my way through the manga. Renji just got slaughtered by Byakuya.
