What are the chances of a Eureka Seven boxset or thinpack coming out?

I'm not sure if I want to start buying up the single DVDs and grab the art boxes when they come or wait for an entire boxset or thinpack to come out. I'd like to own this series though. ^_^

How good is Bandai (I believe that is who is releasing it) about coming out with boxsets for shows like these?

Bandai is pretty good about putting out boxsets for their series, but I think it's way too early to be thinking about one right now. Bandai probably won't bother with a boxset till all the singles are out, and if I remember correctly E7 is in the neighborhood of 50 episodes, so it's gonna be a while as the series just started it's DVD release a few months back.

Its a 12 Volume release, one per month I think...
