Hellsing OST -- Non-Neurosis Tunes lyrics ?

I've been listening to the Hellsing "Raid" OST recently, and there's this song called "Non-Neurosis Tunes - Who the Hell are You ?" Now haha, it might be silly, but I can't make out what the guy is singing. I'm not a native english-speaker, so it's kinda hard... At first, I thought I was hearing:

Walking through the flunky~ Walking through the flunky~ Walking through the flunky beer!!!

But that doesn't seem to make any sense XD

My friend came with this

Rockin' til the funky~ Rockin' til the funky~ Rockin' til the funky day!!!

And it seems to make more sense, haha :P

(and they repeat the same line with some variations in the whole song, apparently)

I tried to search on Goggles, but didn't find anything about this song.

Does anyone know if there are official lyrics to this song ??

Which track is that? I'm not familiar with that title either from the Japanese OR US tracklist...

Hmm ok... If you can watch the episode, it's playing in episode 2, about half-way through it, when there's the scene with the two rebel vampires ridding on scooter, and about 5 mins later we see them again being pursued by the cops again riding scooter.

On the US release (or Japan release) it's supposed to be track 18.

Oh ok, I knew the song by the Japanese title. Couldn't find any lyrics, and I haven't a clue what is being said :P It could just be unintelligable nonsense.
