What is the difference between a regular edition and the Ka version?

What is the difference between a regular edition and the Ka version?
Ver.Ka is short for "Version Katoki" and it's Hajime Katoki's redesigns of popular mecha (since he does a lot of Gundam, they're usually originally designed by Kunio Okawara since he did almost all Gundam for years). Katoki has a pretty recognizable style nowadays, you can usually pick out his mecha and Ver.Ka in lineups. He does a lot of "real" style mecha and is responsible for making stuff like the original Gundam have realistic proportions and whatnot.

What do you guys use to clean the dust off your models? I'm using compress air but some dust still stays, I was think of using a paint brush.

Compressed air.
If that doesn't work, depending on the model I'll run it under the tap. :)

Thanks I was at best buy today and picked up two cans. Now I just need to clean it regularly to avoid that thick dirt.

I use two paintbrushes. A plain jane wide headed brush and then a little testers detailing brush. Seems to clean things up just fine.

I just wanted to say that reading the posts here has finally convinced me to get into model building/collecting. I don't really have the money or space to go crazy with this, but I certainly have the desire.
I started out with 1/144 scale HG models of the Kampfer and the Gundam NT-1. I had a few mishaps with them, but nothing Super Glue couldn't fix. Still, it's not bad for my first time, and they both look good.
Anyways, I just ordered a 1/100 scale Victory Gundam model kit, supposed to be a little more old school. Also, if everything goes just right, I'll try to get my hands on a 1/144 Brave Command Type, a 1/144 ZZ Gundam, and a 1/144 Murasame (speaking of which, should I get the Waltfield or the regular?) before Christmas.
Okay, that does sound a little crazy, but the chances of everything going just right are slim, and I do plan on slowing down after Christmas.

Mic, there's some people who buy dozens and dozens of kits and plenty of people who build them in a professional manner (taking 20+ hours per kit if not more) as a hobby. You're going at a fairly slow pace as it is.
I know the feeling, though. You see this stuff and it feels really good to produce something with your own hands that you can display and say "hey, I made this -- look how awesome it is," it's the best feeling in the world.

Here's two little guys I finished a few months back.
HGUC Zaku II Kai

[/url] (http://www.flickr.com/photos/48076425@N03/5493372778/)
This guy took me about thirty or so hours to build and finish. Filled in all the seams airbrushed most of the parts and added some weathering.
HG 1/144 Strike Rouge

Not happy with this one, I started it about three years ago and finally finished it up. Wish I would have worked on the seams better.

Yay! I put together a V2 Buster Gundam myself. The Victory 2 Gundam just looks so cool. They had a model of the V2 Buster and the V2 Assault, but not the V2 Assault Buster Gundam. I have a gachapon of this version, but they never produced a model of it. I was thinking of buying these and attempting my first kit bash.
a 1/144 Murasame
I have the Murasame as well, but I haven't built it. I don't care for Seed, but I do like the look of this mecha. I also love the Seed Astray Gundams. I like the blue one best. The blue and black colors together look very striking.
