Especially during a period when several of the biggest SJ anime are in filler hell, it's not so easy to keep quality discussions going. With just one section for the whole group of anime, there'd be more to talk about, such as One Piece or the older SJ titles.

Who says they have to be boys? There's tons of fan fic where they're adults, most have them at least at age 16. Fan fiction is about imagination, not following the story exactly, there would be no fan fiction otherwise because there would be nothing to use your imagination on... :uhh: And the better fan fiction are not set up as one shots where they're just an excuse to have them make out, some are set up very believably with a slow build of their relationship, but no, I'm sure you wouldn't want to read those. :P

I second everything Carmel said. A majority of fanfics I have read have Sasuke and Naruto around the ages of 16-18.
Except, I do kinda like one-shots if I don't feel like reading a huge story. :P

lol, there is a huge, and i mean HUGE difference between fan fics and lemons/limes. A I love a good fan-fic, and i also enjoy a good Lemon. I respect the fact that in a fan-fic its all up to the writer, but that does not mean i agree with it. I have read a few yaoi fan fics, and other than the yaoi it was a very good fanfic. I just dont agree with it

Asides from the thought provoking picture. This thread is rather pointless and it would have progressed to yaoi-fangirls/fanboys having a rather hostile debate on whether Naruto is gay or not, why we seem to see relationships between two males and the non-yaoi fans accusing the yaoi fangirls/boys liking shota since none of them seem to be of age.
