27 newly licensed titles were announced over the weekend at Comic Con, but nobody picked up Air Master. Man, I wish someone would license this manga... but not CMX please.

Nice. I wasn't expecting the Shakugan no Shana novels to be licensed. Way to gain brownie points with me, Viz. Mushishi from Del Ray isn't too shabby either. I would've liked Ichigo 100%, though.

I'm still hoping for Gantz to get licensed someday. I wouldn't mind Ichigo 100% either even though I heard it gets bad near the end. I read up to about volume 9 and liked it.
I didn't exactly jump for joy at any of these announcements since I hadn't heard of most of them, but several are of interest and I'll check them out when the first volumes get released.

Having this strange obsession with You Higuri, I'm rather hoping someone {Not CMX; I hate them for the Seimaden covers.} picks up Ludwig II and Zeus.
-_-;
Other then Count Cain I haven't heard of any of the other Mangas picked up.

Having seen the movie of "Brave Story" twice already (and loving it), I'm thrilled at the thought of the novel actually being out in English. I wasn't looking forward to struggling through the Japanese version on my own.
"LoveCon" has been one of my favorite series for a *long* time now and despite the fact I'm happy my non-Japanese reading friends will be able to read it now, a tiny part of me is selfish and wants to keep it to myself :P~ Ah well.

The only thing I cae about there is the Shakugan no SHANA novels, which I can't wait to read. I own volumes 0 and 1 in Japanese.

*sigh* Still no manga from my small wish list, but it's interesting about Kitchen Princess and Mamotte Lollipop, two series I've been reading in Nakayoshi. I'll have to check them out, at least.

VERY nice about Parasyte. That's one totally classic title that definitely needed to be re-released. Props to Del Rey for that license.
I'm also eagerly waiting for a Gantz license. I've read up to volume 11, I believe, and it's a great series. I don't understand why it hasn't been licensed yet, but then again, who understands anything about the way these companies do business?

Oh dear...Viz is calling Senen no Yuki "Millenium Snow"?! Are you kidding me?! But..it's A Thousand Years of Snow! "Millenium Snow"...that's stupid! But I expected Viz to get it since it's by the same mangaka that does Ouran High School Host Club...

what's wrong with "millenium"? A millenium IS 1000 years you know.
