Revolutionary Girl Utena Soundtracks

Why hasn't the 3rd Utena CD been released in the US yet? Will it ever be? How many of the soundtracks will be released here? (I know that the first 2 CDs are out, plus the movie (CD 8), and a JA Ceaser CD (4th)).

I wouldn't mind knowing why they haven't released the third one myself and just skipped to 4. If they ever do plan to release it, considering how they took took releasing the fourth, it'll probably take another 7 years or so. I just said the hell with it and got the 4th, 5th, and 7th soundtrack from Yahoo Japan auctions and I'll probably get the 3rd one that way too.

I don't think anyone knows, as they've never come out and said anything about it. I'd assume it's a licensing issue, since they've released the others so far. Perhaps there was a specific piece on it that they needed extra clearance for and just haven't been able to get it (yet).

Looking over the OST 3 track list, the only songs on thier that would cause a problem that I can think of is the duel songs from the video game.

There is a possibility that the first two domestic Utena soundtracks have not sold very well, making Geneon hesitant to invest on releasing another disc that's also unlikely to sell well.

Thier were three domestic Utena soundtrack releases before they released the fourth. They also released the movie soundtrack. Since the fourth soundtrack is mostly remixes of songs from the series soundtracks, it's odd that they would release that one if the first two didn't sell well.
