There's a Japanese one (http://www.gundam-seed.net/seed_club/top.html). The closest thing I can think of besides that is the fanlisting (http://cosmic-era.net/fans/).

Best thing you can do is find a series specific fanmade web site with a message board or IRC chat. Worse come to worse make your own and put the word out. If you build it....they will come.

Making one is not the best idea. There are more than enough anime forums out there. Most forums created by some guy with no real resources at his disposal end up having very few members.

I'd try the Gundam forum at http://www.animesuki.com if you want to find a lot of SEED fans.

People people, we all should know the closest things to hell in 'forum-esque' form are American political forums, especially those belonging to a movement that starts with neo and ends with conservativism.

PS: Anyone else remember AN's so called "Intelligent Discussion and Debate" forum? Now that a frightening place as far as anime forums go. But I digress...

That's actually from Gundam Seed Destiny. It sounds alright, though I prefer their original voices. Quite honestly I don't remember how Stellar sounded in the original, though her dub voice sounded pretty good. Generally though, I have no problem with dubs unless they're really earsplitting.
