Who can I cosplay?

Hello, I am looking for someone to cosplay at next year's Anime Expo. Yes, I know it's early, but the sooner the better. I asked my sister and she said I could pull off a Tifa Lockhart from FFVII but leather is a little bit to hot for summer. I also like to look a lot like the character. Here's a picture of me!! :

Damn, I do think you'd make a pretty good Tifa. You might want to reconsider.

The first character that came to mind was Juna Ariyoshi from Arjuna (http://animenewsnetwork.com/encyclopedia/anime.php?id=602). Not a very well known anime (probably because it wasn't very good :P), so I couldn't find a very good picture. This (http://www.blankenberg-mt.org/anime/assets/images/Arjuna03.jpg) was the best I was able to find. You'd just need a nice Japanese school-girl uniform (which will probably be comfortable in the hot summer weather) and a nifty looking bow. I think you'd look great.

If you were looking to be a character from a more popular series, then I'd also recommend trying out Skuld from Aa! Megami-sama (http://animenewsnetwork.com/encyclopedia/anime.php?id=3639). She's a pretty young character, but with your hair and eye color I think you'd look perfect. Take a look at this (http://www.peorth.com.ar/walls/wp_thumb/19/1) and this (http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/thumb/a/a1/Skuld_(Ah!_My_Goddess_TV).png/300px-Skuld_(Ah!_My_Goddess_TV).png). In fact, you might actually make a better Skuld then Juna. If the younger characters appeal to you, but you don't like Skuld, I think you'd also look cute as a Chika (http://www.absoluteanime.com/ai_yori_aoshi/chika.jpg) (Ai Yori Aoshi (http://animenewsnetwork.com/encyclopedia/anime.php?id=833)) with some pigtails.

If you want to really show off and impress people, I think you would be able to pull off Yoruichi (http://www.bleachproject.com/galerias/wallpapers/big/wall_yoruichi1024.jpg) from Bleach (http://animenewsnetwork.com/encyclopedia/anime.php?id=4240). It would take quite a bit of work - color contacts, temporary hair coloring, custom costume, etc. - but it would be well worth it. She's a very well loved character and I think you'd be able to do it. It's what I would probably do if I were you, but again it would take quite a bit of work.

Sorry if I seemed a bit mixed up. Different characters just kept popping into my mind and I just kept writing. Hopefully one of those will suit your tastes. I'll keep on brainstorming and post more as they come.

You can cosplay as whoever you want. There's no rules in cosplay stating you can only cosplay any character that closely resembles how you look. Wether it be a anime, video game character or etc. The mian thing is to have fun because that's what cosplay is all about.. having fun. ^_^

Yoruichi would be great.
There is also that one dark skinned maid in Hanaukyo....I forget her name.... You would have to either get a short wig, or cut and dye your hair.
