Ghost in the Shell: SAC Lost Memories (novel)

Anybody read this yet? I loved it, better than I expected. It made me think who was the actual mastermind like in the TV series. It also tells us the background of the Laughing Man incident and how it could be related.

So what are your thoughts?

I haven't read any of the GITS books..but if the one you read explains the Laughing Man incident..then I guess I'll check it out.

I'll let you know once I read it.

Ok, finished reading it today. I thought it was great. I was expecting it to be really technical with a ton of footnotes (like the GitS manga), but thankfully, it wasn't. It was just like one of the episodes, just not animated. Can't wait for the next!
