Just recently I came across a website which had this great anime music video, but they don't name the title of the anime. The song it plays is Madonna's "Like A Prayer". I don't know why this site didn't named the title. I really want to know so I can look for it and watch it. Please someone help me. I really appreciate it if someone names it. Thank you!

The anime seems like it has a similar plot to Sailor Moon...I think..

The brunette girl changes into the blond girl using a wand that looks like Sailor Moon's wand.

The blue hair boy changes into some type of ninja and the girl doesn't know it's him. Later in the video he reveals who he is by removing the veil thing he is wearing. If you want to know more, then let me know. I hope this all helps.
SUCCESS!! :) I finally found the name of this anime. I should have searched longer before posting this question. In case someone wants to know the name of this anime, it's Kamikaze Kaitou Jeanne.
