Does it count as yaoi? Has anyone else read it?

I haven't read it, but I have heard complaints that it really isn't yaoi. As you probably already know, it's about a guy who turns into a girl. I hear the guy he falls in love with ends up staying with the female form and not the male one.

Well, it's by the same Mangaka as FAKE, so I had high expectations. The character designs were similar to FAKE (Dee and Ryu). The storyline is amusing. Marlo and Vincent were childhood friends. Vincent is a vampire. Marlo is half vampire, half werewolf. On the nights of a full moon, Marlo makes an "odd" transformation.
He becomes a woman. Since Marlo and Vincent's families are good friends, they decide to marry Marlo and Vincent, dispite Marlo's protests. With some strange roadblocks, the couple does become closer. Vincent doesn't care if Marlo is in his male or female form, he always wants to kiss him. At the very end...
There is a hetero sex scene.
It was well drawn, and I loved the plot. However, I would have much preferred a total Yaoi title.

I have the first volume its really good, I wouldn't consider it all the way yaoi but it does have its moments few though.
