Sounds like we might be nearing the end. The Konoha 11 are.

It would have been 12 if that girly traitor didn't leave. ^_^ They could be seeing Naruto off to his training and then the timejump. Or it could be a long arc with all the teams.

Well, I've read 198 is " It's Kakashi-Sensei's Birthday ", so I dunno. I've read the fillers were to end with 183, 197, and the latest is 225. This is all, of course, speculative and whatnot untill and official announcement is made ( and belive me, we will all know if it were made official ), so untill then Naruto will be subjected to filler hell.

197 was suppose to be "Kakashi-Sensei's Birthday". At least that's what the guy on NF tried to say. It turned out not to be true so it looks like there is no Kakashi-Sensei's Birthday. We only have the titles up to 197.

I don't think it will be the end of the fillers. I think they'll have a few fillers w/ Naruto and Jiraiya and have a time skip. Then no more fillers. I thik they're almost done w/ the fillers since it was announce that movie 3 would be the last movie within the first half of Naruto.

Actually I think you may need to re-read the chapter yourself Cow.

Although he should have used spoilers, Kakashi Gaiden has absolutely nothing to do with Kakashis birthday. It is simply the day kakashi was inaugurated as a jounin. Its in chapter 239 on pg 7 of the release that the fourth says to obito "well today kakashi is inaugurated as a jounin just like me." then on the same page "I told you about it before obito, to give kakashi a present." But when i first saw "Its Kakashi-Senseis Birthday" i though it was the start of Gaiden myself till I went back and Re-read. Ohh well the title was a fake anyways.

From the 196 preview, it looks like another run of the mill filler. The Konoha 11 do not gather to see Naruto off. Shikamaru says something about calling everyone to a mission and we see Naruto and Sakura eating ramen. But 196 was very good with Gai and Lee opening the Gates, so maybe the fillers are at least improving.

As much as I hate to say it, that Yagura/Genshou filler character might make a decent playable character in Gekitou Ninja Taisen 5, with his wood training post technique and all; plenty of offensive/defensive options there...

^ yeah, I liked how he wasn't as generic, and didn't look like the other crappy filler characters (fishy eyes, huge lips, mutton chops etc). Those guys were clearly filler characters, but this guy looked like there was more thought put into his design.
