It's funny how none of you really awnser her question. She asked for sites, not the ascii themselves.

Anyway, an "anime ascii art" search on Google helps a LOT. On the sites I listed above, it gave me a ton of really good sites that specialize in that stuff.

According to Wikipedia Shift_JIS (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shift_JIS_art) is something else. The nearest thing is "Block ASCII" I think, though the idea was different. See ASCII Art (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ASCII_art).
