There was a hentai I saw once with a very hard to spell name, called Mahamahamama or something. Other than that I don't know of any incest titles, or lesbian incest titles. Lesbian incest seems very impractical to me.

I think they are in the original japanese story but the change it when they bring it to the west, maybe to avoid too much controversy.

I think the same thing happen with underage charaters. Many times they say they are 18 years old when clearly they aren't.

Or maybe i'm just paranoid. :P

Parent/child and sister/brother sex is considered taboo in every culture alive today, including Japan. Pointing out that the family members are not blood relatives is simply a way to lower the taboo factor a bit and keep the content somewhat closer to cultural norms. Why you would even ask such an obvious question is beyond me though. Are you sure you're an adult and that you actually belong here?

You forget that Hotaruko is in love of Ryo, her cousin, and she never use that line of: "we are not blood related". The problem is that Hotaruko is a loli, but there are worse.
