I'm not sure if this is something wrong with the forums, or soemthing I did O.o anyway, here's what my screen look like.

For some reason, I can't see avatars, at least, not most of them. Some still work. And I can't see the Site Banner.

EDIT: Now it also appears the image button is no longer working....

EDIT AGAIN: Oh, the is ****ing peachy, NONE of the button are working. Spoiler button, URL button, Quote, nada. This Sucks.

Have you changed any of your browser's security settings, or added any new security plug-ins?

The avatars actually load from another php file, as opposed to a straight image, the top banner loads from another site, and the buttons are all Javascript.

Happens to me in a while also. The quick reply button becomes an avatar. Or the blue strip with the date becomes huge. Whenever this happens, I didn't change a thing before hand. Probably it's because of Firefox?

I use Firefox, and it always works for me. It might just be your browser, not the site.

Using firefox here, I'm on the forum several times a day and haven't seen any problems ... Clear cahe and reload?

Well, apparently the same affect is happening on other sites. Does anyone know if re-instaling FireFox fixes this?

What anti-virus software do you use? Have you recently scanned for malware? It might help to reinstall Firefox, but this could also be the symptom of a larger problem.

If it's that big of a deal, get a diffrent browser for if this happens. I just use Mozilla if I have a problem.

Thing is, all the major browsers render vBulletin forums more-or-less correctly. I'm convinced this problem goes deeper.

Recently had a problem with Firefox freezing on loading. Started eliminating extensions, ended up being the forecastfox extension I was using. If reinstalling firefox doesn't work, try deactivating extensions and see if it works normally again. You can also load firfeox in a safe mode from the program menu.

I don't know about the buttons, but sometimes when I come through Google I get that Avatar link too. I think it has to do with caching like 12String said.

I've had similar problems with other sites, but no so far with AN.
