Same here as long the drawings are good and the doujin isn't too short. I got two favorite artists Sayo who's done a Ton of Negima Doujins and Big Boss who's done many Doujins of several anime including Love Hina and Negima. T2 (Tony) is recently my favorite current artist his drawings are just wonderful.

One of my faves is the Golden Saucer one from FFVII. I think it was penned by one of Ken Akamatsu's employees. It looked a lot like Negima/Love Hina. And just the other day I got one called Sei So Tsuki Dan Sha. Have no idea what that translates too, but it actually made me laugh.
